Spanning requirement:

We recommend every 500mm to 800mm use one ceiling channel for 2850mm length ceiling panel.

Check work previously carried out and confirm it is of the required standard for this part of the work.

Acceptable installers

Installation to be by DBP – Decorative Building Products Limited accredited installer. Accredited installers must be members of the AWCINZ or provide evidence of experience, listing completed projects of similar size and complexity.

Using our 40×40 L-trim and 25×25 L-trim front fixing finish, directly glue onto ceiling panels surfaces.

Warranty

What the warranty covers:

Decorative Building Products warrants its WPC-Wood products to be free from rotting, splitting and splintering for a period of 10 years from first consumer purchase only, non-transferable and must be bought from an authorised dealer.

If the product suffers from any of the above during this period then Decorative Building Products agrees to replace any faulty boards. The costs of labour to install the faulty boards shall be at the expense of the customer.

What the warranty does not cover:
1. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
i) accident, misuse, negligence, fire, water, lightning, alternative acts of nature, unauthorised product modification or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product;
ii) any harm to the product due to shipment;
iii) causes external to the product such as electric power fluctuations or failure;
iv) normal wear and tear;
v) any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.
2. Damage caused to the product as a consequence of the use of another manufacturers product used in conjunction with the product.

Exclusion of damages:
Decorative Building Products shall not be liable for the following:
Damage to other property caused by any defects in the product, damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the product, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, interference of business relationships, or other commercial loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
